How do I log in?Edit

Click on the Log in link at the top of the page. You will be prompted to enter your username and password. If you haven't logged in before, you will need to enter your password twice.

If you click the box Remember my password across sessions, you will not have to give your password again when you access Wikia from the same computer. Please uncheck this on computers at libraries, internet cafes, schools, or other public places. Otherwise, others may be able to log in with your user name.

How do I log out?Edit

You can log out any time by going to Special:UserLogout or moving your mouse over the arrow next to your username in the top, right corner of your page ad then click "Log out".

How do I change my password?Edit

Click on the Preferences link in the userbar at the top of the page for various account options, including changing your password.

I can't stay logged in!Edit

To log in on Wikia, you must have cookies are enabled in your browser.

If you appear to be able to log in, but appear logged out again after leaving the "log in successful" page, it is very likely to be a cookie problem. If you are certain that cookies are enabled, make sure that you haven't inadvertently listed www.wikia.com on a list of sites to never allow cookies for:

• Mozilla Firefox
  • See Tools > Options... > Privacy > Cookies > Exceptions

• Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 and above
  • See Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Sites

Also make sure your computer's date and time are set correctly; if they are not, cookies may expire before they're supposed to.

It could also be a cache problem - try CTRL-F5 or hold SHIFT while clicking your browser's Reload/Refresh button, or try some of the other steps on Help:Bypass your cache.

It's still not working!Edit

There may be a larger problem if nothing above worked. Please be sure to send a message to Special:Contact and a staff member will get back to you ASAP.
