The MuseumsWiki cooperates with the following projects:
- WikiProjekt Andere Wikis↑ in the German Wikipedia
- please check for designated export↑ of articles
- use Spezial:Exportieren↑ for export as XML-file including version history (uncheck Nur die aktuelle Version der Seite exportieren)
- use Special:Import to import article in MuseumsWiki
- move to main namespace, if necessary

- Template:Wikia/list↑ (listed)
- the template MuseumsWiki↑ can be used to link articles in the Museumswiki with related articles in the English Wikipedia
- check WhatLinksHere↑ for articles using the template
