Museum websiteEdit

What the purpose behind having a separate article to link to a museum's website? The example given on this article is Amersham Museum Wiki, but there is already a link to that site from Amersham Museum. Can't we just get rid of this category of content altogether? --Scaletail 16:24, 6 April 2008 (UTC)

In my view the article about a museum or a museum's website should provide a space for specific content interesting for museum professionals, not only for simple linking to the museum's website. An article could start just with one or two sentences and the link to the museum's website to have a minimum of information, but I'm thinking rather of the potential to enhance this later with professional content (e.g. concepts, software tools, interdisciplinary research). Therefore I suggest to keep this category. --Thomas Tunsch 23:30, 7 April 2008 (UTC)
